Chris Sketch has been working in the title industry since 1992.
He is a born entrepreneur and has built several successful companies over the years. When he is not busy innovating industries, he likes to golf, cheer on the Tampa Bay Lightning, travel and of course, spend time with his wife Jill, and his kids, Hunter, Avery and Sawyer.
Michael DeFrancesco started in the title industry in 2003.

Susan Hanley began her time in the title industry in 2012.
Susan enjoys kickboxing, baking, reading books and listening to music in her downtime. You can also find Susan at her local trivia night winning first prize. Susan has a degree in Psychology and even extended her college career to attend a sign language interpreter course.
Katy has been working in the accounting field since 2015. She has been working in the title industry specifically for the last two years. She handles all financials for DeFi.
She is a proud graduate of Florida State and a rare native Floridian. In her spare time, you can find Katy traveling, painting, playing Super Mario or watching Parks and Recreation. You may also find her out on a boat at Clearwater Beach.
